You may also print and sign this hosting form and return it via mail or fax (909-868-1867). or by snail mail at the company address which is listed under the 800 number on the main menu. A customer representative can help you at anytime via email.

Payment Plans are available; annually, quarterly and monthly. Note that there is a yearly discount on plans paid for * complete in advance* annually, 5 percent off for five years. (The five percent rolls over to each reduced annual fee!) If you do not wish to pay hosting on an annual basis, then a three page minimum web design fee will be mandatory in full to process your order. This currently starts at $100 per page.

*Complete Domain Name Registration fee, hosting, and partial web page design fees must be paid for in full up front. The remainder of the page design fees can be included within the quarterly or monthly hosting fees if necessary.
