All Packages come with basic services just as photo rendering, video uploading
and editing if desired, numerous sound and voice studio sessions. You may come
in as often as you like to watch the development of your project-we want you to
be happy with the outcome and strongly encourage many proof sessions.
Please be aware of the Copyright Laws pertaining to the use of Copyrighted
materials such as photos and videos. You must sign a waiver on the order form to
verify that you have permission. All Photos and Videos are owned by the
Photographer and Videographer regardless of having purchased them yourself. You
must purchase rights to use these materials or get permission to use them in any
advertising environment. Please do not expect Artistic Trends to seek these
permissions for you. It is wise to start doing this ahead of time.
Time Frame Estimates for Projects and Diaries are as follows: Bronze= up to 2
weeks, Silver= up to 3 weeks, Gold= up to 4 weeks, and Platinum= over 4 weeks.
Custom Project times can vary. Consultation offered at no charge.
Total Design Packages use the graphics and art work from your presentation into
your CD-ROM packaging (Jewel Case design or Paper sleeve labels). Please see the
order form and check this box accordingly before your project begins. Compare
the costs of paying $45 to $60/hr for custom graphic design work, when you can
simply order this service for $25.00 per Jewel case side. Jewel Case design
includes spines for standard Jewel cases.
Prices do not include actual costs of printing. We can have your complete jewel
case packaging printed by outside sources to meet your specs or you may take
your designs to outside sources. Please keep in mind that printing companies
charge miscellaneous fees such as ripping (loading your designs onto their
computers), one-time account set-ups, and any cutting, perforating, folding,
etc.
You may also purchase all the graphics used in your projects and get them on a
complete cd for $25.00 per cd. Back-ups are made and stored for future use.

Graphic Design
Graphic Design Services are currently being offered for both Print and the Web.
Prices are based Hourly or on medium (web or print), number of colors used, and
image sizes.
Please note that some projects will not fit into any of the following packages
and will therefore be charged based on the hourly fees.
RGB for Web: Logos, image maps, buttons, backgrounds, banners, animated gifs,
rollovers, original line art to digital production.
Basic 2-3 color graphics at $25.00/hr //OR// Pay per piece based on size: 2
square inches= $20.00, 4 sq.inches= $30.00, Up to 6 inches = $45.00
4 or more color graphics at $35.00 per hour //OR// Pay per piece: 2X2=$30,
4X4=$50, Up to 6X6=$70,etc.
Animated Graphics (images and text) are $45.00 per hour //OR// pay per piece:
2X2=$40, 4X4=$60, 6X6=$80, etc.

Design & Layout for Print - CMYK
To include Company logo's, brochures, business cards, letterheads, envelopes,
labels, postcards, newsletters, multi-page brochures and booklets, pamphlets,
Holiday cards, Wedding announcements, Advertisements in color and black and
white, etc.
Prices begin at $45.00 hour with pre-press work to include proofs and samples.
Projects are taken to outside printing sources and are subject to other
miscellaneous fees. Or original artwork may be burned to cd-
CD-ROM burning fees are $20.00 per cd. Scanning photos $3.00/per photo or large
volume charged $25.00/hr.

Hourly rate of $15 to 25.00 for General Services.

Services have been done on independent basis where the Agent calls client to
give my referral- I then go to house to take pictures and explain the marketing
part of selling the home (I do not in any way act as a sales agent or act to
represent the Agent or Realestate company). I try to get photos and flyers done
within one week of putting house on market. I then deliver flyers. Agent or
Client can call when flyers are gone-will produce and deliver more flyers.
Realtor accounts are charged on an hourly basis with other fees that include
printing, gas, mailing services. Agent or client may call for help with internet
problems. I will direct client to their house on various internet sites and will
also email any party with virtual flyers or links to Virtual Tours.
I offer very personable and friendly services always seeking to maintain a
healthy, happy, and positive relationship between realtor and client.

counter, date and time settings or other general preferences like site search,
or anything that can be done with Javascript. (which is basically
unlimited!!)But up to three separate scripts or functions.
Prices: $100.00 per basic Html page and $150.00 for Flash or Shockwave page. (3
or more pages at $75 per Html and $125 per Flash or Shockwave) (6 or more at $50
